Beauty Business in a Box® by Sarah Naylor is a social enterprise offering accredited beauty training and business education to women and girls in Ireland who are often overlooked by traditional systems.
Founded by award-winning educator, mentor, and speaker Sarah Naylor, our mission is to give women the skills, tools, and confidence to earn real income, build careers in the beauty industry, and reclaim their futures — from their first lash lift to their first salon launch.
We deliver short, accredited beauty courses across Ireland
How Our Programme Works
Unlike traditional college or training routes, our beauty courses are designed to be hands-on, confidence-boosting, and delivered locally — in community centres, youth spaces, and schools in marginalised areas.
Our unique training model includes:
Accredited beauty certifications in brows, nails, lashes and skincare
Essential business training to help participants price, promote, and plan their services
Peer support in small groups of 8–12 students
Pop-up salons, where students provide free treatments to the public and gain real-world experience
earn while they learn, with flexible routes into self-employment or further training
Whether a student wants to start a home beauty business, gain experience to apply for a job, or rebuild her confidence after a challenging life experience — our programme is designed to meet her where she is.

About Sarah Naylor
Sarah Naylor is a beauty industry educator, social entrepreneur, business mentor, and founder of Beauty Business in a Box®. A lifelong champion for women's financial independence, Sarah combines her background in education, beauty, and business with her lived experience growing up in inner-city Dublin to design programmes that meet people where they are — and help them move forward.
With over 15 years' experience teaching, mentoring, and building impact-led beauty businesses, Sarah has worked with:
