At Sarah Naylor Academy, we believe that beauty can be a catalyst for lasting change. As a social enterprise and accredited training academy, we deliver practical beauty education that transforms lives—helping women and girls build financial independence, confidence, and community through accessible, purpose-driven beauty careers.

Since 2024, we’ve trained over 300 students through our flagship Beauty Business in a Box® programme, many of whom have gone on to start their own businesses, return to education, or secure employment.
