🔥 THE TRUTH ABOUT PRICING

You're probably undercharging. Most beauty professionals charge too little because they:

  • Don't value their skills properly
  • Fear clients won't pay higher prices
  • Don't understand their true costs
  • Compare themselves to discount salons

Here's what I learned in 15+ years: When you price properly, you attract better clients, reduce stress, and build a sustainable business.

💰 THE £56/HOUR FRAMEWORK

This is how you move from minimum wage thinking to profitable pricing:

Current Pricing Reality Check:

If you charge £30 for a treatment that takes 1 hour:

  • Actual working time: 1 hour
  • Preparation time: 15 minutes
  • Clean-up time: 15 minutes
  • Admin time: 15 minutes
  • Total time investment: 1.75 hours
  • Real hourly rate: £30 ÷ 1.75 = £17.14/hour

This is barely above minimum wage!

The Profitable Pricing Formula:

Target Hourly Rate: £56

For 1-hour treatment slot:

  • Treatment time: 1 hour
  • Prep/clean/admin: 30 minutes
  • Total time: 1.5 hours
  • Required treatment price: £56 × 1.5 = £84
